DESIGN & ENGINEERING CAPABILITIES: Design involves parameter such as maximum safe operating pressure and minimum design temperature
(for brittle fracture). Construction is tested using non – destructive testing, such as ultrasonic testing, radiography and pressure tests. Shapes made of sections of spheres, cylinders and cones are usually employed. A common design is a cylinder with end caps called heads. Head shapes are frequently either hemispherical or dished (torispherical). We have our core competencies in providing works of sand blasting & epoxy paintings for structures for their long life and prevention from rust. We have carried out sand blasting & painting works for number of hydro-power plants in Madhya Pradesh which comprises of cleaning of Radial gates, Stop-log gates, and hoisting structures by the means of sand blasting and then painting the structures with the help of air-less Spray Gun. We are one of the selected companies who have been capable of carrying out cleaning & painting works for spiral casing of hydro power plants.
